I am the Chair of the All-Party Group on Zimbabwe in Parliament. Zimbabwe has gone from the bread-basket of Africa to a failed state under an increasingly brutal dictator. This is a modern tragedy. I have been to Zimbabwe undercover three times in recent years and I have seen matters get steadily worse and so I try to raise the plight of its people at every opportunity.
